First Wrestling Practice for 2008-2009 Season is Monday October 27th at 3:45. Anyone interested in wrestling or acting as a manager for the team needs to be at this practice. All wrestlers must have a physical completed before they can participate. Physical forms are available in Coach Wells’ office. Please see Coach Soboleski for more information.

From Herman Bright, Wrestling Head CoachOver the weekend Damien Dean and Ari Rosch represented Asheville High at the State Wrestling Tournament in Winston-Salem. By making it into the tournament, Damien and Ari both have the distinct honor of being among the top 16 wrestlers of their respective weight classes. However, Ari wrestled well enough to be ranked as one of the top eight 152 lb. wrestlers in the state. Please congratulate both of these gentlemen if you see them as Ari finishes his high school wrestling career on a high note and Damien begins his.
