WINSTON-SALEM -- The Lady Cougars win a tough victory against High Point Central High School 63-55 to become the 3A Western Regional Champion and earn a chance to play in the State Championship Game for the second year in a row. Rashanda McCants was the MVP. Lauren Powell and Danielle Burgin were also honored after the game. The Cougars will play for the State Championship Game:Saturday, March 13 at 5:00 pmSouthern Durham (21-8) vs. Asheville (27-1) Game Preview Information, Statistics, and more information is coming soon!
