Asheville, NC - November 17, 2004 - Haskins Howerton scored for the Cougars with 7:11 remaining off a corner kick by Thomas Righi to defeat Parkwood 1-0 and send Asheville to the State Championship Game.  The Cougars (22-2-2), State Champs in 2000, will face White Oak (14-6-1) at the SAS Soccer Center in Cary at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 20th.  Congratulations to the Cougars o­n an outstanding season - just 1 more game to go!
